Hi everyone! ~ Does anyone know why a case would get transferred? and where it would be transferred to? - poor people, it seems so late in the process to be transferred.

We're at 102 (+34) updates today! A lot more denials than I am used to seeing. In any case, this is a number I'm glad to see again!

Seems like a LOT of denials! ~Has anyone gotten denied here? That is really worrisome because everyone has waited so long and then to get a denial.

Thank you so much!! ~ So basically the only time our petition can expire is when it gets to the NVC? Not while were waiting for an answer from the USCIS?

Hey guys! ~ Does anyone have an estimate on VJ when their petition will be approved who filed around the same time as me? - the 16th April.

Also.. does the i129F petition expire? I read somewhere that our petition will expire either at USCIS or NVC if no action is taken in 12 months? Or is the only expiry when we receive the visa?

Hi Guys! ~ I am new here and just have a few questions.. Would love to get some help!

We got a notification that the USCIS received our packet on the 16th of April 2021 and then we got our reference number on the 2 May 2021

When should we send an inquiry of processing out of normal times?

Also,  does anyone have any time expectation on their VJ when they're expected to receive an answer?
