    Good morning all- sorry for being MIA. I updated my timeline and my spouse has been working since he received his EAD card in May. We had our AOS interview yesterday and all went well. The interview was not bad at all and as long as you are in a loving marriage, it should be a breeze. We left with a document that said our case cannot be approved yet because it is held for review. The USCIS officer, who was very friendly, said she has to look over my spouse's medical exam and scan in the evidence we brought for the interview.

    My fiancé lives in London and our case is now ‘ready’. We completed the Ds-160 and I-134 forms. We haven’t received any packet regarding the interview and medical scheduling. Can we go ahead and schedule them ourselves??
