True. I missed that part. My apologies. I thought they were asking if they could do that(lie). We all know that's a big NO! I was just saying it's easy to get a police report even if you have never lived in Morocco.

If I'm not mistaken, you can get a police report by going online and requesting it. You would have to pick it up in person at the court of your choice or get a legally designated representative to retrieve it on your behalf. I got a police report/criminal background check from the court in the city which my husband lives. Applied online 2 weeks before leaving and picked it up after I arrived.
