    Does anyone know what's going on at USCIS? Their I-612 processing time is drastically getting longer. When I applied, the processing time was 10 months and they have been increasing it to 15.5 months....I feel so hopeless with the process.

    After the admins of visa forum removed all of the conversations related to that page, the site owner decided to take the J1visahardship tracker website down. It is very sad that the owner took it down - They had a tremendous contribution to the community thus far. I hope they reconsider having that tracking website up again so we can see what's going on the DOS level.

    Not mine. There was one case that was approved on April 27, 2023 - this really gives us some hope...

    @Hardship612 you need to stay in your home country for 2 years. Given how long the hardship waiver is, you will be done with the 2 year requirement if you stay in your home country one more year.
