I am trying to renew my daughter's OCI card. I registered in https://ociservices.gov.in/ and got the as my file number. Now when i try to register in vfs https://row1.vfsglobal.com/IHCUSPostalAppointment/Applicant/AddApplicant, i am getting the following error.. Not sure whats wrong.. Any suggestion..

Government reference number is not valid. Please recheck if its correctly entered or belongs to the correct Consular Jurisdiction
