I had to reschedule my biometrics since I had a trip planned for the original scheduled date. Does anybody know how long does it take to receive another letter in the mail for BM?

I am going to be out of town the day I had to go to get my biometrics taken. I went in this morning to see whether they could take me in early and they said NO. They made a copy of my original letter and told me I would be getting a new appointment.

Does anybody know how long does it usually take to get a new appointment?

Hello there!

Just wanted to share our experience in Denver!

The interview went very formally. I was asked all those questions about being a terrorist, how we met, when, etc. He asked for proof of us living together.

The officer never took my EAD card, nor my travel documents nor my I-94. He didn't stamp my passport either which made us think we didn't pass. We were very bummed yesterday. Our case still read in the morning: case received and pending. However, last night we checked again out of curiosity and it read: card production ordered!

I guess that means we're approved and that I will get my GC in the mail soon?

What happens with my EAD card, my travel docs and my I-94 now? What about the stamp in my passport? Are these important at all?

We're VERY HAPPY AND RELIEVED it's over.

What's next, guys? Since we were not told what to do nor did we sign anything!

I hope all is going well for you all. I have a quick question. My husband was laid off last week and we have the interview at the end of January. We're going to ask a relative to be my co-sponsor. What paperwork shoould we tell this relative to fill out?

I have a quick question but my husband was fired yesterday and we have the AOS interview at the end of January? What can we do? Will this affect us if he hasn't found a job by then? I got a job myself but I don't think that would be enough?

We didn't have any co-sponsor because we didn't need one when we applied for AOS.

Any ideas? I will appreciate it since I'm kinda worried.

After a while, I got my appointment letter. We're scheduled to go on January 27th. So nervous! I was hoping we'd get transferred to CSC. However, it's good everything was fine and we finally got some news! Good luck to us all!
