    AHH YES!! NVC granted our expedite! case will be sent to the Manila Embassy any day now.. :) GOD IS GOOD!

    All is well with us. Hubby is settling well here in San Diego. He has plenty of Jordan shoes already. Men lol one problem tho.. I lost his green card! :(

    HELLO RIA. JUST WONDERING, WHEN YOUR HUSBAND FILED FOR THE PETITION, DID U GUYS USE THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE FROM NSO OR THE CERTIFIED TRUE COPY FROM THE MUNICIPAL OF THE TOWN U GUYS MARRIED AT. LAPIT KNA MAGPUNTA DITO! IM SO EXCITED FOR U AND YOUR HUBBY!

    here's an update: my husband had to reschedule his interview because the interview packet that i sent him didn't arrive on time. i paid extra for it to be delivered before his interview but lucky us, (insert sarcasm here) it didn't get there on time UGGHH!!!

      I know it sucks! It takes 24-48 hours his interview date bago uli magpie reschedule.. I just tried calling but it says the office is close .. Hmm I wonder why. Is it a Philippine holiday?

    Hi, about the w-7. can u elaborate on the supporting documents. im thinking about sending the original marriage certificate from the NSO. does that have to be notarized even if it's an original? we also need to submit a passport copy. u mentioned about getting bio page notarized by the US embassy. how much is the fee for that? hope to hear from u soon. thanks so much

    hi! i happened to come across your timeline on your signature. seem like your almost there! thats so exciting. was your process with the NVC go smoothly? i'm a little nervous when it comes my turn. im tryin to get familiarize with all the steps. haha by the way, when you applied for the petition initially and the one u used for the IV package, did u use the marriage cert from NSO?

    i got a text and an email from USCIS stating they had recieved my case :) thank goodness i have my case #!

    i'm back in san diego now. i miss my hubby. im just waiting for our marriage certificate from the NSO so i can file for the petition
