Currently my situation is such- Im marrying a Colombian girl that i have been Dating with for awhile now and we have been going back and forth to each others country (USA) and (Colombia). Now this last time she came here I proposed to her and are getting married VERY soon. She is still on her B2 Visa and still has aonther 3 months on it so we want to Start the Paperwork for her AOS like a day after we are married. No k-1 or K-3!!!
Here is the Question to start things out --- On the I-485 the question on PART 2--- since we arent doing any of those answers to check should we just click the H answer and type that we got MArried on the B2 visa and now applying for AOS
Thx alot for replies when i get them and im sure ill post alot more Questions in the future... also if anyone else has gone through this process like i am plz give me an Email address if you can do that so i can figure this out more easily!!
