I did not get married here i got married in mexico so can we still get divorced here or there

Please any help will be fine My "wife" has been nothing but a headache for me ever since she got here i wasted a year of my life and money for her to be here and she just seems to not get it(whatever thats besides the fact!!!)

this is the problem

we are no longer together she is staying here in the states in a friends house she is having a hard time understanding that she has to go,

i can no longer care for her economically and emotionally, i can not be with here or forgive her for what she has done i really need here to go because she is not mentally stable and this is not a lie, she came on a k3 visa what can i do go about this if she does not want to leave voluntary

1 week after nvc mailed it to juarez which was march 27 i staring calling once a week and by the 3rd or 4th week they told me the sent out the packet on april 8 and my wife interview was 14 may, they said if the packet does not get therein 30 days you have to call the consulate, which is what happen so i called on the 8th of may Thursday and they said that my wife has to go two days before which tomorrow morning to pick up the interview letter, she is in Juarez with my mother in law then Tuesday medical and Wendsday interview, she has every thing necessary you can get every thing for the packet of the web site and the ds 156 has to be done on the internet on the juarez website you print it out you get everything from the website other the obvious your birth certificate, taxes and other things of that nature, my wife is taken the 3 packet and a huge folder with pictures from are wedding, home, vacation, honeymoon, eating, even an old lisence plate from a car i had hear in Miami before i moved to Mexico to be with my wife, she also thing diplomas resumes phone bills, calling card emails, any little thing i will keep you guys updated,

i don't mean to ask for it, but please wish me and my wife a lil luck!!!

oo and for the k3 just the medical is needed or also the vaccines does anybody Know??? i have read mostly no can someone please assure me!!! thanks

my wife interview date is the 14 wendsday may but i have not recived the interview letter i have to fed ex my wife some last minute paper work, the consulate said if i did not recive it by the 8th then i have to go a day early to pick up the letter has any body had this problem

well got off the phone with the consulate, My wife already has a interview dat may 15 2008, thats so so soon, things are going fast, if anybody can share some info please do!!

dont take more the $9,999 because you will be taxed on in forget patriot act or anything always been the law can go out or cant come in with $10,000 and you will be taxed 15-20% that kinda sucks if you ask me just send 6,000 western union and pick it up when you get here

Same here My wife is Mexican and i was born in Miami(TheUnitedStatesOfTHeAmericasss) to Cuban Parents in a very multicultural city and traveled alot to central and south America and the carribien due to my caRRier(chef)

Hello guys please help I sent The I 130 for my wife in August and recived the Noa1 on OCT 1 2007 but i couldnt send out the I 129f for the k3 out until jan 7 2008 i got the noa1 for the I 129 on jan 12 will this 3 month gap make it take longer or will it pretty much take about the same overall time from me reciving the noa1 to the noa2 for the I130

once the i 130 is approved and the i 129 and they send it to the NVC what happens from there i know it gets sent to Consulate(Embassy) and then what, who get what, and who goes were

hello, i did the paper work for the k3 visa(i 130, i 129, affidavit support, biography, pics ETC...) with a lawyer,(by the way dont get a lawyer to do your paper work, if you live in a major city there is immigration assistance, there just as good as the lawyer and alot cheaper, anyways thats besides the fact,

My question is my lawyer sent out the i 130 and i 129 together on the same date, we did the whole visa process over 3 days ,(you know the birth certificate, marriage license, pictures etc...) ok that was in late august early sep. the latest; on oct,1 i received noa1 for the i 130 the says ok we recived it and pending, no problem, but now its nov 9 and they have not said nothing about the i129, should i be worried or does it usally go like this, how long does it usally take to get the noa1 for the i129 after you sent it please help???
