hello everybody and good luck .my history is the next i sent my package for adjustment of status ,two days ago i received a pink letter telling me that i ve to find a co sponser cause my wive s income was low ,please tell me whta documents sould my co sponser file ,is it 864,864A ,OR only 864 OR PART OF IT please help me i m confused .and is it necerssary to do file the documents with a nautorius.

one month ago i sent my package two days ago i received a note i mean a pink letter from uscis saying that my wive s income is under the poverty line ,and that i had to find co sponser ,so that s what i did ,my question is the following .i live in new mexico my co sponser lives in georgia so can he be a co sponser from other state and other thing he is not an american citizen but he is a permanent resident ,third must he file again the form or just to give us a letter of his incomes.finally can have more than one co sponser ,if yes which forms should they file

my problem is the folllowing.i sent my package with i485,i131 and i765i was so happy this morning to receive two letters from uscic ,but when i opened them i found out that ,i had a receip number answer only from i 765 and i i 131 so where is the main one the 485 .please what does that mean

MY WIFE IS from the philippines and her father died.My wife has her green card and still has her passport from ph.Can she travel to the ph with her ph passport or how can she fly back to the funeral???Please help us with this or give us a phone #to call.Thank you

sure she can travel since she has her green card ,that allows her to enter an re enter the usa as much as she wants ...

hi ,i m a moroccan i came here with a k1 visa ,now i m ready to apply for aos ,i have all documents exept the medical examination ,i had them done im morocco but when arrived to us the officers kept the envollope with the med.examination ,if someone had the same case please let me know what to do
