INFOPASS see if they will issue an emergency AP

Knowing that we have not filed an AP application at all, is it a waste of time trying to pursue to solve this problem?

marriage has already happened...my wife now ( fiancee' visa holder ) has already applied for Adjustment of Status and we are currently waiting on the approval of the application. She mentioned that in her seminar they talked about if there is an emergency or death in the family she can go back but we really don't know the details on how to do this. Our current timeline to leave the country ( USA ) is within 2-3 days. Is there a chance she can fly home?

Need help on anyone who has had this experience in the past...or anybody that know about this.

Seems like she received her Visa yesterday...it got to her place (no phone call or txt) at around 12noon....Delbros sure did suprise me, i thought it would be longer. Definitely made my week to hear this news.

I guess the next step now is the CFO which should be fairly easy.

And does "SHIPMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY" really mean its on its way now and not a few more days? anybody have the same experience? thanks

After the interview the consulates are required to either give you a visa, deny it, or give the 221g. The first 2 are self explanitory but the 221g is a beast of its own. It usually means 1 of three things.

1-You have to undergo Administrative processing. You will know this if they say they will contact you. This one is very normal, and not much of a concern.

2-They need further proof. You know this one because it will state what they need. Simple to understand, they want more proof before they decide.

3-They don't believe your relationship is real. You know this one because it states it was sent back to the USCIS for further review.

The last one is the most serious. This means they don't believe its real, but they can't prove it. They send it back with a fraud marker, and depending on which visa you are applying for, which consulate, etc. They may expire it, they may make you wait until they review it, then reaffirm it, or they may issue an NOIR (Notice of Intent to Revoke).

I don't want to go into too much detail with the last,its complicated, but if you had this happen you can PM me and I will guide you to a link that can help.

I was given a 221g but they let me pay my visa delivery. During my interview the consul said everything looks good and he said congratulations and goodluck. In my 221g they dont ask any additional documents just a check on they will review the case before further processing. What do u think the documents they are going to review?

My fiancee Rafi was told the same things as you and I thnk it is normal now. She have her interview on May 15 and just this morning recieve her phone call from delbros to ask directions and delivered to her today. I think you will be fine so just be patient to be contacted.

But seriously call again preferably on TUE Philippines time, because when my Fiance called she was told to call again on that day.

FYI - Try the delbros website now since it seems to be working, i have been trying all night and all day and it didn't work. Do it while it still seems to be working.

Try their website http://www.delbros.com/ and then put your case number in the "track waybill" feature....

Now when it says "Shipment Released By the Embassy" does that mean that the NSO verification process is done or do I still need to follow up with NSO and find out if my papers still need some verification? If someone knows more about this please let me know as soon as possible, thanks.

passed interview May 21

Basically my fiance is over with her medical exam but could'nt get her results or vaccination until she comes back with her passport. I was just told now that her agency cannot get her passport on time for her interview, which is this coming Wednesday march 12.

What should be the solution for this? Do i call Saint luke's and have them cancel her interview and have them set-up an appointment when she shows up there with her passport? Should i notify the embassy that she cant make her interview appointment?

Does anybody here have a similar experience and care to share how they went about to solve it.

Thanks to all in advance for your input. We are just a bit worried since the interview is coming up, especially since she was told by her agency that if she misses her interview she might have to wait 6 months to get new a schedule date.

Just as you said they are closed today, i just called them and i should've read your post first before doing so. I will try again tomorrow to call SLEC and ask if its possible or not and if it is how should they approach the guard.....so far all i know about the passport renewal for my fiancee is that it wont make the medical interview date, will try to find a way to keep the appointment date w/out passport on hand... *sigh* hope this works.

Basically my current 2007 tax return is more than double the poverty guideline but my 2006 is below it, then my 2005 is over the requirement....

Will this pose a problem?

I tried calling SLEC yesterday, maybe around 1pm Manila Time and all i got was "you are transferred to operator", i will try again to call friday here saturday there and lets see how it goes. I will for sure ask about coming in without passport because im pretty sure i wont get the renewal on time. Do you think i should call DFA to ask about my passport renewas and when it will be ready?

Next question would be, does anybody here have the number to DFA? thanks in advance.

Is it possible to pay the medical fee at SLEC in advance?

I was told by a friend that this was possible....

Secondly, my fiancee doesn't have her passport on hand during her medical exam as we are still renewing her old one, is it possible to bring a receipt on the paid renewal or the only way to do this is with the "real" passport?
