From what I have read it is mostly to do with the Tech Alert List.  

Fingers crossed you hear back soon, I think it can be up to 3 months but looks like that's only a few weeks away for you?

I think it would be more than just a job, did you also serve in military or spend time abroad in any high risk countries? That may add a delay for the additional checks but you should be fine!

Looks like they are doing almost as many EB visas (per month) as pre-COVID at present. I would presume they are doing interviews for people DQ somewhere between March 2020 and December 2020 based on what most on the forum are saying. Hope that helps!

then at like 4am (2 weeks ago) it got approved. I think they review it on a case by case bases and I did mention the job offer I had were considering filling my next position due to the length it’s taken. I hope that helps 

Congratulations! I requested an expedite twice and was denied both times, I put extensive information together (about 4 pages each time) about what I was coming to the US to do etc and why I thought it was worthy of expedition but no luck. I gave up after the second one. You did very well, my attorney said they hardly ever expedite employment based visas!

Nothing here, DQ since December 2020. 

Any further news on EB visas in London? Been DQ since December 2020 and havnt heard anything yet.

Hi Charlie, wow you did well to expedite your employment visa, may I ask what your reasoning was? Just signed up to say I am also EB London and have been DQ at NVC since December last year. Not heard a thing yet!
