It's been a while since Ive been around here, but I was hoping y'all could point me in the right direction. I have a friend who is a greencard holder and would like to bring his daughter to the States. His daughter is unmarried, over 21, and she also has a 4 year old daughter she would like to bring along with her. What are their options? Could he bring his daughter and granddaughter over to the States?
Thanks,
Yes he can file for her and her daughter would be a derivative. She will be F2B category. Unmarried child over 21 of permanent resident.
