    thank you so much for the update!!! April 14th... all fingers crossed for everyone! we submitted April 14th so if it happens that we get DQ this week I'll post the info! thanks again for the update. this is giving a lot of hope!

    I saw in the IR1/CR1 RFE megathread someone saying they got an RFE because they did not upload marriage and divorce certificate in their daugther application, so definitely it would be good if you upload it! just in case to avoid more delays. it does make sense though, if they ask for the marriage certificate, to also add the divorce stuff.

    Reviewing docs happen after 75 days… so yes that’s when they start looking at your docs - according to official processing times and peoples experiences. You should follow some treads on here about NVC specifically. You’ll find lots of information

    Hi! The NVC review according to their official processing times that they release every Monday - takes about 75 days we submitted on April 14th, so we should hear around June 25th, maybe earlier if we are lucky! You can check processing times on their website - updated every Monday
