I came to the USA with my son holding visa K1,K2 on July 20, 2021. My son got 21 on August 1, 2021. The bad is: we failed to marry with 90 days after entry into USA, instead we got married on November 29, 2021, which is 43 days later than immigration office’s requirement. Lawyers told me I am able to get status adjustment since I am the spouse of American citizen now, but my son has lost the ability to adjust the status. It seems that the only we can do is to let my son leave America, waiting for me to apply for him as the kid of green card holder. What I can do to help my son stay in America?
