Hello, hoping that someone could give me answer.. my sister in law's CR1 visa is approved and now just waiting to be delivered. Her issue now is that she got the sputnik covid19 vaccine which is not on the list of approved/emergency used by WHO.. can anyone tell us whats the best thing to do? She was vaccinated when pfizer and moderna vaccine was not available in her country yet. And she had her medical exam on 09/29.

Can i use a certified true copy of our marriage certificate to initial file for an i130 or does it need to be a NSO (philippines) copy?
