It’s the address for the national benefits center after they process your application they’ll send it to the local ASC to schedule your fingerprints. After they process your fingerprints they’ll send it to the Field office which for you is Sacramento which will schedule your interview. Since they haven’t even scheduled your fingerprints yet, I hope I am wrong but get ready to wait for 5-6 months for the interview. I don’t believe they’re reusing the fingerprints now in California. Everyone I know had go for fingerprints.
