My mother in law is petitioning for her son who is my husband.

She lives in Pakistan but she is US citizen passport holder. So what they want to see as a domicile proof? Kindly explain this. Thanks

You appear to have items 1 and 3, so you need to get an English translation made for the nikah nama

Salam. Please I need help.

1: My case of immigration is pending since 2007. NVC keeps on rejecting my nikahnama again and again.

I have 2 copies of nikahnama in urdu(form 2 and form 3) and Nadra marriage certificate computerized (english,urdu print). But they are rejecting them and asking us to upload 3 nikahnamas. I dont understand which is the 3rd one. Can anyone guide me. Our nikah was held in multan in 2002 but we live in karachi and we made the computerized nikahnama from karachi.

2:  My mother inlaw is the petitioner in our case and she is US citizen but they require a domicile whereas she doesnt have one. She is 75 years old and have never worked or studied in USA.
