We submitted an I-130 for Spousal visa. Now that we are in the US (she moved on a work visa), we are submitting I-485.

Hello - My spouse and I are applying for her adjustment of status (form I-485). Is a "cashier's check" and acceptable form of payment? I have been hearing that certain visa processing centers (including Chicago) do not accept cashier's checks. 

For instance, the official USCIS website does not list "cashier's check" as an acceptable form of payment.

Several months ago, I submitted the I-130 form as the petitioner (US Citizen) for my wife (Foreign) from London, UK (where we were living). Since then, we have moved to the US as she obtained an  L-1 work visa.

We are required to submit a change of address. We tried to do it online (https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do) but the "Old Address" field of the form has no options to select countries (only domestic zipcodes and US states).

Is the online change of address form only available for domestic to domestic change of addresses? Not international to domestic. Example in screenshot below.
