I need help, I have applied for citizenship in virginia. 7 months since I took my biometric but no interview date yet. I need help on what to do next. I try calling uscis but nobody picks. I used the outside normal time platform still no response

Why naturalisation case in virginia is taking over 19 months

Am from ghana 🇬🇭 the f2a isn't moving, dq Sept 2020. No interview 

Most embassies are not processing f21 visa but rather fx is the a possibility of f21 ending up at the fx category

For 15 months now nvc continue sending me emails stating that, my case is documentarily qualifying but should wait for 60days for an interview appointment. If within this period and interview is not schedule. A repeated mail with same format is sent. Am getting frustrated. Can anyone explain to while same mail is being sent to me?
