im confuse of doing I-864A does anyone knows how to do the I-864A and is the sponsor and co-sponsor combine their annual income so it will cover the poverty guideline for 4 household member?anyone please4??

hello guys..just had my interview done and it is sucks..why? because the person who interview me and my husband is so mean..she said she will probably deny our case because we have submit too much paper works like Affidavit of support and made her alot to do..i mean come on right?we send new updated affidavit of support I-864 and I-864A for the safe side..shes getting mad like we didnt understand what we are doing..she keeps on repeating the words denial to us..what is wrong with her?i mean if ever we send too mcuh paper or documents she can disregard the other document that is not needed for my AOS right?i hope you guys will agrre to my opinion..and for the record she keeps on banging our affidavit of support for maybe 2X in her desk..it is honest mistake that we did that..but what is wrong with her to review it and throw away the forms that is not really important right? i know she will deny it..oh well..lets wait and see!

From what I can understand from your post, it sounds like the interviewer was pehaps upset that you brought in additional Affadavit of Supports to the interview? This was new ones or updated ones? If this is the case, maybe she was annoyed that she didn't have all the updated information earlier and now she'll have to review everything again, before giving you her answer. What does she think you didn't understand? Were the forms filled out correctly? I hope if you are denied that they indicate why and you can submit further evidence or information that is required.

Okay when i recieved RFE telling us that we didnt meet the required poverty guidelines..we found out the first one that we have submitted is wrong just we copied from the old one affidavit we used for my visa application and for us to recorrect everything we sent them back the updated I-864 and I-864A for the safe side with again some additional evidence..she was upset because she dont have time for my case to review it..plus even if she will approved it or deny it they dont have the right to be so rude infront of us and slamming things infront of me and my husband..they are the IO who supposedly recorrect our mistake but not to be rude and mean..we are trying to tell her our situation but she dont want to listen..we didnt even sit down yet and there keeps on saying alot of BS infront of us..whew

oh my! hope this won't happen to us on the 11th this months

I hope so..just be prepare for whatever....and try to answer their question without hesitation..

whats with some of these people who interview? is this a game to them? or are they just

I got my interview few days ago. Same story. Mean, rude person interviewed us. Except she said that we brought not enough evidence. She said that they have to decide what to do in my case and they'll send me a notice in 4 weeks. Now I'm all stressed out waiting. That's BS. I know how you feel.

yup it is so FU that they have to let us suffer while we are suffering from waiting for them to finish our application and not disobeying or breaking the law..she told me that i will recieve her decision if it is denied or approved or she need additional evidence..god have mercy!!

Hi, God know the best. but as opinion i dont think she will deny it! and maybe she will approve it . for 1 reason, and the reason is! she has the right to deny it when u were there. but she dint !!!! and this is good for you. that means you still ok.! and about u brought alot of papers. this is not problem i went to my interview with hand bag and box full of papers lol. and was very good! just lets hope that u will hear good things about ur papers.

But as i said maybe she hold it , just to review it again and this common.

My Advance Parole got approved already and i had the Approval letter already..

My EAD Got Approved too and im waiting for my approval notice and EAd card so i can work now..

and for My AOS i will be having an interview next month already and i am excited and i hope everything will be find..pray for me friends!! ..thank you so much for every help you have given me..i really appreciate it!!

i have to Show my sponsors federal income tax which is i sent them a copies but the one i used to make copy for USCIS is also a copy only not original..here on Guam they will only give you a copy but not the original from revenue tax if you arleady file your tax..so do i have to get a certified copy from revenue tax?or i will just show the immigration the copy of Income tax i used before?

you sent them the correct fee..but how old is the child you're including in your petition?try calling them and ask them or go to the nearest USCIS in your place and discuss your problem with them..im sure something is wrong with your application..my friend too had the same problem but she just change her personal check.. i hope you'll find out what is wrong with them..

Is a CENOMAR a required document for K-1 Visa applications in Manila USE right now?

Just wondering how come until now i don't have any reply from USCIS about my case it was resumed last december 5 since i recieved RFE is it normal? and about my AP application how come when i enter my AP recieot # it says that it is not valid...is the USCIS working it?i dont know what to think right now..i even have a bad dreams about my case... im getting paranoid here hahaha is there anyone who have the same problem or im alone?

I also cannot check my AP on the USCIS site, I can check my EAD and AOS, though. My receipt dates are Oct 5, 2007. I have called the USCIS and when I told the operator that the site says that my case is invalid on the online system they transferred me to someone who told me that it was all in the system (they looked it up based on my name, address, etc) but the service centers are backlogged and do not enter in some cases into the online system!

I am probably just as paranoid and worry about my case too, try to keep positive, we will all get approved soon!

i hope so..haha..its weird for them to do that..maybe they're too busy to put it up on system..yeah it will be approved if it will..thank you!

The USCIS sucks at entering cases into their system, so lots of people cant check the status of certain parts. We couldnt check our AP until 3 months after we submitted it (to find out it had been approved the day it was entered!)

Last December i recieved a Letter from Chris of USCIS telling me that they recieved the reply for the RFE..now i am waiting until now if my case was touched or something..but until now i dont have any news from them about my case..is that normal?anyone?please?

It'll be just the 2 of us...although we will be living with her parents and her sister for the meantime until we get our own place. We don't need to support her parents and her sister though and my wife earns well above 21K (last year she earned more than that annually and she will earn more than that this year now that she works full time).

I thought it was just 17K++ as per the poverty guidelines posted here in this forum?

No it was more than 21k annually..and if she meet that then there is no need for you to worry and no need for you guys to look for co-sponsor..it will go through as easy as you might think..if you submit all the requirements they need...

Hi guys, just wondering. Those of you who already are living together. Did you have major or minor problems adjusting to each others household, way of doing things, habbits or whatever and if so how long did it take for you to get used to all those changes. Same question for moving and living in a new country (for lotsa people so far away from home). Was your adjustment period short or long or did you not even notice? Maybe also depends what country the person comes from I guess?

Adjusting because you guys are living in together?hmm..here is my opinion through my own experience..me and my husband lived-in for about 5years..and here it goes..we have issues..alot of differences and we are always fighting..but you know..in a relationship there is what i call RRUCT...Respect,Responsibility,Understanding,Caring and Trust..marriage or live in have to have that..if only one is lost,then a relationship is not gonna work..now we are married like 4 moths ago..and we are still having an issue..so you have to give and take..and there is no time limit to a relationship you know what i mean?dont think about when is going to stop the fight...what you have to do is think about it and even if it is not your fault you still have to say sorry so in that way both of you talk about that problem you guys are dealing with..me and my Husband is still fighting but you know we ended up saying sorry with each other because of respect...and it is not about what the culture,race or what country you came from..thats what i know for now..

Need your expert opinion on filing Affidavit of Support...

Affividavit of Support requires the petitioner to submit his/her ITR's for the past 3 years. My wife's annual income during the past 2 years was below the 125% poverty line requirement - this was because she was still studying. However, her last and this year's income is way above the requirement. She works full time as a Nurse and is earning 20+ USD an hour. We also do have savings amounting to around 1K++ USD. Do you think this is enough to cover for everything? Do you think we still need a co-sponsor?

Any advice will be appreciated...

are you guys living with somebody else besides your wife?if only by herself and she needs to cover more than 21K annually and if your wife cannot meet that 21k USD then you have to look for co-sponosr so they can support you..check for the I-864 and I-864A form at the USCIS.gov they will tell you exactly what to do..

Yeah...you know my friend..me too im into that situation that i am trying to find a job..but for god's sake i am not going to risk my application just to have money..Working Legally is better than they may revoke or deny your application due to the issue of applying for a jobe while you do not have working permit yet..me before i was so worried and i wanna work but i keep on waiting until now..so just be patience..

We just received our NOA in the mail yesterday but when I went to add our case number to our existing case status account online at the USCIS it keeps telling us that the case number is invaild. Has this happend to anyone else before? If so did you have to call anyone (IT/web support) to get the case added so as to check the status.

as long as you are not done with the other stuff like biometrics..you case online will not be showing yet until you're done with the Biometrics..
