I had to call them again on MONDAY 12/22/08. Calling center transfered me to manager and finally I get an answer on my case that everything is ok. I asked about online case check and she told me that it's takes a longer time to make it online awaylable then other cases. Anyways in couple days after I talked to her two of my cases was allready awaylable online excet I485, then next day I got approval letter for I485 too but case still not awaylable online. Thats how they work

On Friday called to USCIS and customer service call center representative tell that she can't see any information on my case because she doesn't have access to the system and I need to talk with management.

I would tell him to Pack Sand.

Kick his ### out of the house, file for anullment.

Thanks for repsonding so quickly. I was sitting waiting for someone to respond cause I feel so lost and unable to talk to anyone about this. You help me alot.

Yes I do feel like its psychological abuse, or emotional abuse. I can say, I am not perfect....but I really am not a bad woman at all. I try to give 100% of my ability and sometimes 100% may only look like 50% but at least I am giving my all while aware that i can give more. From being on VJ, I have read the horror stories of being used and I often times think that maybe this is my case. I dont want that to be but i realy dont understand how things can go so sour so fast. I keep looking to myself wondering if I am doing something wrong and not being like other wives. Thats why I ask you all if this is normal. I am embarrassed to talk to family cause they all thought i was stupid to marry him cause we met in his country and they thought he would use me, or they made judgements that men from his country and controlling to women and mean and that he wanted a GC. I defended him to the death. I am a very attractive woman. Have no problem meeting men, so he did not charm me in any way, I just really like his personality, he was attractive, he shared my views on our faith and seemed like someone who was very passionate. But now...its all changed. I feel like a horrible ugly woman....never felt that in ly life. I walk around thinking I am not pretty, and that I cannot keep a husband and that I dont deserve love. Is he using me or did he really fall so out of love so quickly?

Sounds to me this man is using you to get here and get his papers. Ussualy this kind of people get papers and live. I onestly think you should let him go, because longer you will be with this man it will hurt you more and will be more difficult for you and you. I belive you will be able to find a better men who will love you for what you're and he will think you're beautiful. My case status online was last updated Jan. 24th. 2008. Since then I have had my biometrics appt, AP approved, had my AOS interview, and RFE. It is now Dec 2008. When I call customer service that what they have on file too....last update was Jan 24th.

if you are the petitioner then you really need the G-325a FORM to support the PETITION APPLICATION for K1!

My husband did included the G-325a when he did file my petition he made few months ago!!

I was the petitioner for my hasband and yes you need this form G-325a filled up, one for you and one for your fiance(e). She needs to do it her self, sign the original form and mail it to you.

Based on what you guys told me in my other international pasport thread I now have another question.

What if I`m not going to get the name change stamp in an international pasport just yet and travel home??? So pasport is going to stay strictly on old name and greencard on the new one???

Will I have an difficulty living Russia??? Will I need to carry my marriage certificate??? Is it even possible???

Use Russian documents in Russia and US when enter here. I don't think it will be a problem that tickets in different last name. I had the same situation when I went to Russia. Russian pasport with my maden name and US with other last name, tickets was issued on my US name. They never asked me any questions.

Me and my hubby will be traveling to Russia this summer. We are going to have connection in Frankfurt for 7-12 hours (depends on the flight we pick). So, we are thinking of going to the city for a bit. The questions are: do we need to apply for a visa or we can just show our tickets to get a transit via right there and then? In other words, what is the procedure? Where can I look for such info?

Your husband US citizen can go out with his Passport from airpot, but you will need a Visa because you're Russian Citizen. Check with German Consulate how you can get this Visa. I think it calls Shengen

Ok here is some help for you to fill up I864. You should estimate her anual incom from all her jobs she had in 2008 (new or old and any part time jobs). She will need to get letters from all her current jobs with information about how long she works for company, her current salary and total hours she work per month. I would sugest to get same letter from her past job too and ask them to indacate how long she been working for this company.

Try to use her last paystab from her previus job and add it from current jobs estimate for this year, it would be almost correct.

When you will send the I864 include copies from last 3 years tax returns (2005 -2007, not 2008 it's not avalable yet) +employers letters and her las paystabs from her current works it will help.

This could mean that case is not yet available online or you are using wrong receipt #. Since you are in CSC receipt should start with "WAC", i have read somewhere here that some people were adding 000 at the end for example WACxxxxxxxxxxx000.(I think it was at the end) Locate receipt # on the BIO appt letter.

In our case the recite starts with MSCXXXXXXXXX and no 000 in the end, with WAC was the number in our K1 visa before interview for Visa

About contact embassy, our is in Moscow. They say my fiancee have to send it back to embassy by DHL with payed return recite all that cost $100.00 to reseale it. And it will take a week to send it back. He can't just walk in to embassy and do it

He sayed that no seales are broken and nothing feel off the envelope just a corner damage, so I hope it will be no problem if he enters like that, like somebody mensioned here "this has turned into somewhat of an urban legend!". SO GOOD LUCK TO US!!!

My fiancee today recived that final packet by DHL with all his documents and Visa. The problem is that that envelop wich says "do not open" it's not open but has ripped in the corner like 5 cm big. So my question is, will it cause any problem if he enters like this or not? If yes is possible to do something about it?

Yes maybe you right is not legal, but I'm not a lawer I don't know that. In her case was different she could suport her self she was working here, but her status here in US.... And I think if you trying to bring somebody here in this country even you don't make enough money, you should completly be responsible for this financialy and not hopping that if you have a co-sponsor it will suport you. It's just my tought, somebody can think different then me.

I have one friend I was doing co-sponsor for her marrige, because her husband didn't make enough money. At that time she was here in US. From co-sponsore I was only showing my recent income and tax returns for 3 years (copyes), no bank statments or anything else was required. I know she was doing all her papers with the lawer. I guess to protect my self I asked her for a letter verifyed with notary that she won't ask for financial help from me if something happend. I know her lawer made this letter for her. Also maybe you can offer your friends to pay some money for this like $300-$500. See maybe this way your friends can help you with co-sponsoring.
