Hi guys! Me and my son will have an AOS interview next month and I have some questions, the notice letter has listed the required documents to bring during the interview unless submitted already like form I-693 and
the sealed envelope for vaccination supplement. Somebody advised me to bring all those papers even I have already forwarded during my application. Is that true? I only have the xerox copy of that sealed envelope from the my doctor. Do I still need to bring sample of emails, and other evidences of bonafide ralationship even when Im still in the Philippines? What does it mean by All documentations establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident Staus? Thanks a lot for the people here who are very supportive.
Yes, they need all the documentation enlisted on the appointment letter. The reason why somebody advised you to bring all the documentation already forwarded (the photocopies) is because sometimes they are missing forms, evidence etc because it may have gotten lost in the way and if you happen to have your own copies you can provide them with copies. For example, I did submit an original certified copy of my birth certificate along with my package but they requested one during the interview (i don't know if this was just bc of lazyness in finding it in the package or because it got lost) luckily I had brought one with me.
All the documents establishing your eligibility is the evidence they enlisted on the letter; photos, letters, statements etc etc etc. They also requested to see my current, at the time, student visa and valid passport.
gracias amiga!

if the kids are 7years old under, you need a letter of thier father. Above 8years old, the mother should bring thier birth certificate along the way. That's what happen to my son.

yes, kerencee is correct. You can enroll to any school but you will pay non-residence tuition fee which is five times higher with residence tuition fee coz Im supposed to enroll here
in Colorado to take RN but it's really very high so Im going to wait for a year to avail the residence tuition fee. The only requirements are your I-94 , passport and if you want to
credit all your previous units, you will submit all the original transcript of records.

there are two different lines in San Fran POE, one is for first time visitor and the other is for US citizen and 2nd timer etc. Your wife will be in first time visitor line and you can't
join her in her line. You can just wait for her in the baggage area. She will fill-up the I-194 form before go to the line then just prepare your packet and passport. That's all!

get everything that you can get because you didn't know what the consul will ask from you. It's better to be over prepared than lacking coz it can cause you
a delay or whatever.

Yes, they are correct. If I were you, go to Philippines and check with the embassy what's the real reason of denying. it's very impossilble that you will be denied by just
lacking of evidences or W2. During my interview, one of my friends lacked of financial support then the consul said to provide more co-sponsors and forward it to the embassy
then after a month she was issued a visa. Regarding about genuine ralationship, my husband and I has only 2months of getting to know each other before he petitioned me. We don't
have much proof of relationship. Hope this can help you.

we always fight really, he have lots of misunderstanding but the good thing is, we always talk and compromise with each other. We both understand that
we need to adjust to limit the disagreements.
