It would be unusual for things to happen in 10 months so you have plenty of time.
Excactly, if it will take even more then that, it's better to start the process as soon as we can. The question is, if it makes sense if he doesn't have regular income? Or we should wait until he can find a full time work, and then apply.

Hello :)
I have a question regarding applying for a fiance visa, hope someone can help me out :)
My fiance, who is an American citizen, hasn't been working for over a year, and doesn't have regular income.
We are both students at the moment, and can't really get a full time job.
Can it affect the visa approval? Do they check only the bank account, or working history as well?
Do we have other options?
He's school finishes in March 2022, and that's the earliest he could start a full time job, but we would want to start filling out the papers as soon as possible and get the process going, since approval might take up to 10 months.
Thank you!

Hello, my and my fiance are in the process of filling out the I-129f form for K1 visa. We are planning to include his mom as a joint sponsor. When do we submit the documents?
From what I've read once I get scheduled for interview in the embassy in my country she needs to file out the I-864 form, but I can't find any specific information about when excactly we should fill it out, and where to send it.
We want to make sure that we submit all the necessary documents so the whole process doesn't get slow down, or denied.
Thank you!
