VSC is working well the last 2 days. Things are picking up quite well. I was hoping for maybe a touch next week, but I got it today. I was very surprised to say the least. We finally have our NOA2. I see that they are moving very fast now and soon maybe things will not be soo difficult on each of the couples, because the time between is difficult to endure. I am hoping for good service to from the embassy in Manila. So from Diocel and Bryan, may God Bless each of your journeys. We are not done yet of course. But this is a good start for any one of us.

i don't think anyone got a NO2 from sept did they? no matter how it go's i planing on 6 month so i will not get my hopes up for any sooner day.

Hi to everyone. My name is Bryan. I have a couple of observations and also have a couple of questions. For VSC, on VJ I count approx. 95 total applications for K1 and 56 NOA2's for August. For Sept. I count approx. 39 applications for K1 and 10 NOA2's received. Of those, there are 4 special fast applications and 5 recently done NOA'S for K1. There are 4 on the 4th of Sept. and 1 on the 5th of Sept. Question: I have no idea what percentage of the total K1's are listed on VJ, does anyone know the approximate percentage that list on VJ compared to the whole. I am only talking about VSC. It appears that it is taking approx. 4 months to get the NOA2 now. God Bless all of you expically those of you who are waiting soo long. Hopefully, things will pick up now after New Years, and I am hoping for quicker times than 4 months for the NOA2.

I am unable to check the online status, I am registered, but it says my IP is rejected? Can anyone explain?

Hi everyone, this is my first post for October filers. I have noticed that VSC has picked up their activity lately. I am seeing that VSC is working on late July filers and that period for NOA1 to NOA2 is down to approx. 4 months. I did seem to see some activity for mid August filers and that appears to be 3 months approximately, but they may be special cases. I did not know about the new staffing, just maybe they are working already. I have noticed that the length of time between NOA1 and NOA2 have gone from 6 to 5 to 4 to 3 months in some cases. Maybe things will clear up soon like maybe October filers may get their files around Feb. to March. My name is Bryan. I do appreciate this site a lot. Thanks for all participating. Dear Grace, this is Bryan. Diocel would know if she had resident card. I will ask her to send you some info. Her email is diocel_domotdot@yahoo.com. It took about 4 months to get the Police Certificate. She was there in Qatar for almost 8 months. She is sending another request for another Police Certificate through the Qatar Embassy in Manila. She has more details than I. I did talk to them in Manila and it takes a little longer to get the Certificate than going through Qatar directly they said. We are concerned that they put a date 3/31/2008 as a deadline for using that Certificate. They took soo long to process her claim, we started working with the Qatar Embassy in Manila before we received the current Certificate. In fact, at this time Diocel went to Valenica to send her letter to the Qatar Embassy in Manila. She is sending it express mail. Stay in touch, we still have questions too. hello there! congratulations for getting a police clearance from qatar! i have been searching this forum, upside down just to see people from Philippines who requested a Police clearance from qatar... will it be ok if i ask a few questions.. i have requested a police clearance from qatar thru DHL and they have sent my request since they process only those who have stayed there for a year or more.. i only stayed there for 8 months.. how long was ur wife/hubby there in qatar? did he/she received a residence permit card?

Will Qatar Police Certificate be acceptable with Manila if Deadline is exceeded? Police Certif. is good until March 31, but our interview will be later probably.

My fiance received her Qatar Police Certificate recently after waiting almost 4 months. It has a deadline on it March 31, 2008. Why? There is nothing she can do now to change her record in the past. Either she has a good record or bad record. If she is cleared, then why the deadline for it? My question is: Will the Manila Embassy accept the Qatar Police Certificate if her interview is after March 31, 2008? We are October filers, and I am thinking that she may need another certificate if the interview is after March 31, 2008. Anyone have a similar problem? Sincerely, Bryan and Diocel.
