Curious what happens after i-130 approval. 

Filed while in Minneapolis, then moved to Seattle.

Filed - Sept. 16, 2021 

NOA1 - Sept. 20, 2021

Biometrics - Jan. 31, 2022 

EAD Expedited request initiated - March 22, 2022

EAD Expedited request decision - May 5, 2022

EAD/AP - May 5, 2022 (227 W/225 days since NOA1) 

I-130 Approved - Feb 9, 2023

I think we're supposed to post here, but as far as AOS filing and status reports go, we're on the same timeline as people going from K1/K3, since we're all family based as opposed to people in the other sub that may be employment based AOS. So this sub is more appropriate and certainly more active.

I'm currently on H1B, and have applied for AOS. I-130/I-485 Concurrent filing.  Hope I am not in the wrong forum. 😕
