Ok i really dont know how this work... Came here as a fiancee back in 12/02 got married & even had a child together. been a PR since of April 2004 & will expire on 8/16. But i filed for divorce last 5/2007 & got a final decree last 2/08.The thing is my ex got all the copy of my paper works & told me he dont have it anymore.

My question is:

when & would i be able to apply for citizenship?

What is the expiration date on your green card?

My 10 year green card will expire on 8/4/2016
