    hi, I'm from philippines. my hubby is from washington. I'm kinda confused because I don't know when to start counting. Is it from the time of filing or from the time of transfer? We hired a lawyer and she sent the I-130 may 8, 2007. We called the USCIS and told us They got it May 15. We checked the USCIS website and it is dated June1,2007. The I-130 noa1 took 2 months before we got it.
