Hi, I received packet 3 (yay!) and now filling out DS-260. My spouse (Applicant), our daughter (USC) and I (USC) live together in Germany. When filling out DS-260, it's asking if: "Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?" The "spouse" in question is me (USC and petitioner). We will all travel together from Germany to the US once the visa is approved, but I'm not "immigrating" per say. How do I answer this question?
If I put "no", then the follow up question is: "Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?"
Again, not sure how to answer as I'm a USC... should I put "no" for both?
And lastly, the same question is asked about our young daughter (USC): Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you?
We all live together and traveling together once the visa is approved... Yes? No?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks.. yeah, I've sent them email, but no acknowledgement yet. Email is the only way you can communicate with Frankfurt... it's getting pretty stressful.

I've been waiting to hear back from the US Consulate in Frankfurt for nearly 1 month on an open application.. Has anyone received any emails from them recently?

Neither of these forms sound applicable to us. We live together in Germany... immigrant visa request in process. But we've moved in the middle of the application process... These forms sound like they're for someone already with a visa and moving. Or am I misunderstanding these forms?

Hi, is there a way to change our address during the application process? I did some searching but couldn't find much online... We live in Germany. TIA!

Thank you.. Yes, trying to patiently wait. I've got a move date of Jan 2, 2022 and need to make sure it's all taken care of now. They told me a couple months ago to wait until 2-3 months before the expected move date to getting things going again... that feels like cutting it a little too close though.

Hi! Wife (German) and I (USC) are living in Cologne, Germany. We've been married since 2014 and thought we would move back to the US in 2015. I originally started a case in 2015, but we decided to stay in Germany longer.. every year, I actively notified the German consulate that we could still move to the US in the future, so they kept the case open.
Fast forward to today, and we're now planning on moving back to the US. The original case is still open and I'm a little unsure how to get it all moving forward again. Does anyone have any experience with this? We submitted the I-130 form and supporting documents back in 2015, but a lot has changed (moved house, new child, etc). I also looked at the current I-130 form, and it looks like a combination of all the previous forms (G-325A, I-864, etc) that I submitted.
Any prior experience would be much appreciated! I've emailed frankfurtvisainquiries@state.gov a couple times, but the response times feel a little delayed.
Thanks in advance!
