by the way, is that ok I just bring my passport with me when I go to the biometric appointment because I dont have other photo ID mentioned in thr letter.

I tried to check my status on line, but it shows this: "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status,Please check your receipt number and try again...." I tried again, and it still the same, what does this mean? how long does it take that they put my case in the system ?

My update, I received my NOA1 today,and it dated on 30th July.can someone update my information in the timeline list? thanks

Hi,VJers, I need some suggestions, I am filling the I-751 to remove my conditional status, and I have a dependent child, I dont know if I need to put my child in part 5, because he already has his 10 year green card, he come to America by IR-2 visa.

I am gathering documents to aply for removal condition of 2 green card? Are Sworn affidavit(s) very necesseary? I have most of the documents listed in the guids on this site. is any one out here who did not send affidavit(s) recently but still get the 10 year card? I am a lil confused by it. is there any sample of the affidavit(s)? I really need your suggestions. Thanks.

we are preparing the DS-230 parket now for my son's CR-2 visa , Anyone out there who had the cr-1 or cr-2 visa and the beneficiary come from china send the ds-230 packet lately knows what ducuments we need to send in it? we want to know that do we need to send the ds-230 part 2 and EMS lable , and the birth certificate, 2 passport size pics?

did your guys receive an automated response after you sent the DS-3032 in email? I have not got automated response yet, I am wondering if the NVC received DS-3032 or not?

we sent the DS-3032 by email on 31th Jan (for my son's visa) , but we have not got the auto respond, dont know if the NVC get it or not? do we need to try it again? how long will it take to get auto respond and how long will it take for them to put the choice of agent in the system?

we got the approval for my son's I-130 and now we have the NVC case number , it is a big chinese new year gift!!!

Have you filled in a timeline for your son? I hear that CSC works a lot faster than the VSC...but it's all up in the air! I would definitely call if you can. I JUST got approved and I filed in April. Good luck!

yes, that is what i hear here that CSC works a lot faster than the VSC......most Augest CSC filers got their approved lately, but I have not , even not a touch since the NOA-1..........I am wondering why ? what my hubby can do if we wont get the NOA-2 when it pass 6 month? any phone number that we can reach a representative?

Have you tried calling the service center listed on your NOA1? I filed in early June and am still waiting at VSC.
