I’m very new here and would appreciate some help from you guys.
Here’s my situation. I have two immigration cases that are open: asylum and aos through marriage.
I have my asylum case for 6 years now and still no progress. Few days ago I received a letter from USCIS with a date for interview for my marriage based case.
So I have few questions. how many of you had two open cases by the interview date and did officer asked you about your asylum case during marriage based interview? Also, should I close my asylum case or just keep it open and be ready that officer might ask few questions about my asylum case?
I hope I explained it well and would appreciate any help and answers.
