Good morning! 

I applied for my parents Change of status in 10/2021 ( they came to USA  on visit visa). 

Finger printing was done and we received employment authorization and social security card on 2/24/2022. 

Travel document is pending. They have to travel out of country in next 2-3 weeks. 

my question is -- will there case be closed/abandoned if they travel without travel document? 

if not can they travel and I will fly and take the green card or advance parol document to them once I receive  it here in USA so they can use it for re entry?

I am a US citizen applying for parents green card and change of status ( they are in USA) 

they are old and sick and will not be working after getting green card. Do I still need to apply for I-765 application for employment authorization it I can just skip it as we have no intention of them to work in USA? 

I am Applying for patents green card and adjustment of status. (they are in USA on visit visa) 
can some one tell me the forms that I have to submit.

so far I have researched I-130, I-485 and I-864.

any other forms.

I am Applying for patents green card and adjustment of status. Does it make a difference in approval timeline/ process if I apply via mail vs online? Anyone has seen delays with the mail?

I am thinking of applying via mail and then creating a online account to check status updates

Hi I am planning to apply for immigration/change of status for my parents. They are in USA now. 
I am a citizen.

I have two questions 

1- what is the current timeline to get the green card.

2- if they have to travel for family reasons  can they travel after 6 months ( even if the process is not complete) 

Will appreciate any help
