So, my interview has been scheduled and I've received my appointment letter. I got an email with all the details for my interview. But there aren't any attachments. Is the email itself simply my interview letter? This "Appointment Letter" is a key document for the interview and medical check. It's the #1 document listed to bring. But is it really just an email? Did anyone else get some sort of attachment?

For China, I got mine on a Friday.

So, for my appointment letter, I've simply printed out the email that NVC sent me. I didn't receive anything else from them. No physical letter. No email attachment. Is this going to be satisfactory at the medical check and Guangzhou consulate? I'm wondering if other people got email attachments, or if you all just printed out the email?
I've found this thread on the topic: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/681328-physical-interview-confirmation-letter/
It's a bit old though, and not the GZ consulate. Some people were getting email attachments, and others had bar codes in their emails. I don't have either. Just an email from NVC. Anybody experience similar concerns?

About 2 hours ago I got the email. We are documentarily qualified. I submitted on June 2nd.
