Hello everyone,I'm currently here in the States with my Husband.I'm Under K-1 visa when i came here.I'm suppose to get my follow-up Vaccines this week for my Adjustment of Status.But we found out that I'm pregnant.My Doctor said that i'm not allowed to take one of the Required Vaccines Coz I'm Pregnant.And will take the shot once the Baby is delivered.My Question is ,Can we still pass my application For My Adjustment of Status even with a missing shot Requirements? Or do i have to repeat Again my Whole Medical journey, like what i had before at ST.lukes before i came here in The States.Coz i didn't passed it on time.I hope You could help me.Thank you

I am trying to send a wedding ring to my fiance in the Philippines and I am worried about theft and whatnot. The major companies, fed ex, UPS, will only insure 500 dollars. DHL wont do it all. Is there another alternitive? If I was to hide it in a teddy bear or something, what are the chances of it being found by customs? Any help or past experinces will be greatly appriecated, thank you

hi there,it's not safe to send jewelry here in manila .People in postal office are not honest.you already know that even fedex,UPS,DHL.doesn't what to insured it.why you want to take the risk.Better bring it with you when you see your fiancee.better safe than sorry.

Better to wait for the visa don't finalize things coz USEM is crazy about document verification.2 weeks notice will be fine to your boss.

I have been calling Delbros and they said that USE havent forwarded my visa to them yet..

I called USE and its call center too, they say that they do not know, all I have to do is wait..

i am thinking of going to the embassy to personally ask anyone there about my visa.. My flight is on the 25th.. i'm starting to get worried.

Go there monday to thursday 1-2pm only.just bring with you the appointment letter and some papers just to show to the guard.goodluck .by the way why you book a flight without having your visa yet? hoping you get the visa before your flight

hi there.the answer is it depends if your document verification is done.you'll know if you your documents verification is done if the the pre-screener in USEM tell you to just submit birthcertificate and NBI only.it means they dont need your other documents .and the consul will tell you if your under document verification.my thoughts to you if you want to know if your visa is okey.text DELBROS everyday.they will reply to you about the status of your visa.they will not text you that your visa will be deliver today,just to know text them.and all visa depends on USEM.if they release them to DELBROS.your visa will be delivered after 2 days if in metro manila.7 days if in the province.don't follow-up in visa information call center.coz they have standard answer to all your questions.by the way visa release by the USEM around 5-7 pm everyday to DELBROS.so better text them in the morning or after lunch monday to friday.about your ticket well your fiance will re-book it if you don't have your visa yet.GOODLUCK TO YOU

i think you got an AR too. i had my interview last march 12. and i received the same papers that you got. The consul told me to Re-new my passport so he can stamped my visa there.So in window 37 i got my passport.and give a white form telling me to submit my new passport.i went backed in US embassy manila last March 26 to submit it. and after 7 working days of waiting i received my visa today april 4.after 2 weeks you'll here something from them that's what i heared inside the immigration unit at the USEM.they'll send you a notice.what to submit to them.hope you'll hear something soon.Goodluck

My friend got her Visa after 2 weeks because she is living in Mindanao but i think if your in Manila it will take 4 days or 1 week.

I've been waiting for 5 to 6 weeks now! Manila...

Your not the only one complaining about DELBROS my Buddy had her Interview last Feb 19,Until now no Visa.She's also from manila.yeah i agree with you better FEDEX

Don't worry they just verifying your documents .My Buddy had her Interview last Feb 19,until now she didn't received her visa yet.No k1 applicant got denied sister.Just keep on praying you will get it

Hi there.Well if you have a problem in your medical,they will tell you on the 2nd day at SLEC.but because you don't have passport they will not release your X-Ray film to you.The reason why they won't tell you the result is because it's CONFIDENTIAL.they will get your passport and medical result will be forwarded in the USEM.I'm was surprised that they let you do your medical without passport Coz the US Reception area is so strict.I hope everything will be okey to you soon.

I don't see any problem in POE.as soon as your laptop is Original everything well be fine.I have a NoteBook and i'm planning to bring it with me in the States If they want to check it,i will give them with all my heart for aslong as they will give it back to me after
