There is a web that is uscis.gov that you have to enter your info of your case number and set it up.Once u set it up you log in and you could see your dates that uscis touches your file.thats how i found out. i am here at Cd Juarez any help contact me. Here

Yes i am still living in cd juarez and it is easy for me to acess the US Consulate thank God for that.So STEVE if i dont pursue AOS in the US it comes automaticly to the consulate and how long does it take to get here? Now that thee I130 is approved.. Thanks evrybody and if you need any tips here in Cd Juarez just ask and i will reply.

Ok k3 interview passed at Cd Juarez now whats next? my 130 is also approved do i sumit thee AOS? and how long would it take if 130 approved? Thanks evryone for all your help..

I received the packet from consulate of the US in Cd Juarez and it has my wifes birthday incorrect.Has anybody gone thru that same situation? And how can i fixed it? Thanks u Guys

i filled my wifes 130 and k3 in oct. i looked on there (uscis) site and the two were approved the same day.March 13.

Which one do i pursue 130 or 129f??????????? Please Help thanx..

That is the same address i sent my 129f out this past monday.So i think that should be it.Good Lock

check the date of thee appointment probobly its the same one. I got another noa1 for my 1-130

and i called CVS and they told me that the computers lost track and resended a lot of notice out again.

Cant anybody help me in finding out what they ask you in the interview for

k-3 in cd juarez consulate. And if me being the us citizen could go in with my wife

I sent mi I-130 application with mi I-129f together on july 25.they sent my noa 1 for the

i130on sept 22 and also sent back the whole packet of 129f.with mi money order of 170 dollars.

I called them and asked them this morning if i could sent them back the same money order with

the noa1 and the application 129f.they tould me that i only have to send the application or packet and the noa1 from the 130.That the new law states that if you have a i-130 pending the 129f has no fee

even thou you sent it with the old price (190 dollars) thats cool evrybody. is in it??? anybody else called the svs center and got the same answer?????
