  1. The I-129F has been approved and the package set to the US Embassy in my ex-fiance's country. Interview has been set up (a little over a month from now).

My question is: what procedures should I take to cancel/withdraw this K1 Visa?

Thanks in advance for your help!

To cancel your petition you need to send a notarized letter to the US Embassy in your ex-fiancé’s country informing them that you wish to cancel the petition. They will in turn send it to USCIS for review. After it is returned to USCIS you can track the progress of the cancelation on the USCIS web site.

    Best of luck

  2. Hello everyone I know that there are a lot of good translating programs on the internet. I have found a program that is not cheap but if you do a lot of talking back and forth and neither speaks the other language this program is the best and very quick.

It will work for IM’s and emails word, PowerPoint, Excel PDF files and a whole lot of other file types.

I do not use this program to talk to Wei as she is an English teacher and her English is very good.

I am a Computer Forensic Investigator and I use the programs at work to resolve translations problems. I have 3 different language versions and I have not been disappointed in the translations.

    California loses it......

California decides to finally tell me they lost it in January......

I send in new petition in January....................

California for some reason sends it to MSC............

MSC sends a rejection notice to me on the 8th becase they don't have juristiction(Well no sh*t, MSC shouldnt have had my application in the first place!).......

    I receive notice today..................

I'm honestly think they are f*cking up on purpose.........................

  4. Where did you file the I-129F in the first place? It should have been sent to Vermont or California.

I-129F to NBC tends to be for K-3 cases.

I sent it to USCIS in California. Form 1-129 for Fiancé I did not file a K-3 because we are not married.

Can be an error sent out by USCIS email system, this is not unusual.

Also: You may be interested in "A Candle for Love" that site is the best for preparing for the interview at Guangzhou, on member is a consular officer at the consulate, that answers general questions.

Thanks for the tip I will check it out.
