Well, we had our interview on February 26th... And before that date I had a lot of trouble to sleep and was panicking all the time. Our case was a little complicated as for the last year we lived in different states - my wife went back to a medical school... But we are married for almost 4 years.
Even though we had a lot of proof that our relationship is not fake, I was going crazy. At some point I have found online list of possible question (some were simply insane) and I have to tell you that neither me nor my wife could answer some of them.
We know our home phone number, but I would never be able to recall none of the cell phone numbers in my phone book as I always dial them by selecting a name...
We do not have favorite colors, foods... I never new her bra size as I did not go to the store to buy it. )))...
Yet, our interview was very smooth, with no sex-related questions. And the officer did not even take a look at our photos. At the end we even asked her if she would like at least to take a quick look, which she did...
You are going to be fine! We brought so many evidence and 99% of it we did not even present. I have seen in a waiting room some couples with just one skinny folder with them too. So, don't worry.

How do you "Move to the USA" without a valid passport? What type of visa did you enter on?
More details please.
It was B1 visa and then I changed my status to the student one
My passport has expired in 2004.

Ok, here is a deal. I am not very experienced in this and found this forum just recently.
I think I just screw up everything!
I moved in the USA in 2000 and in 2004 I got married my wife (USC). I did not have my valid passport from my country till beginning of 2006 and when I got it, we submitted the papers to USCIS. We did not know anything about tracking or anything like that. I called them in the middle of 2006 to check on what was going on with our case, but they could not give me any information. I called them already 1 month ago and they said if nothing is in the system - it means they did not get it or the papers were lost...
I have been re-completing my papers for the last 3 weeks. But I have a serious problems.
1. My wife moved last December to another state to get here PhD and will be coming back in December/January. Though all this time she was coming back for all holidays and when the school was off. Yes we did live together, but only at the time she was not at school.
2. She did not work this year and she is technically unemployed but according to our last year tax returns we pass 125% poverty line.
3. If I would know that this would happen to us, I would move with her. But I thought that there was just a huge delay in our case and I have a good job proposal here, that is another reason I did not move.
Please, any advise appreciated.

I do not see an option to edit my topic.
So, my question is -
If I submit i-130 and I-485 at the same time, do I have to submit duplicates that are asked by both forms - like if form G-325 is required by both forms, do I have to submit only one copy or make copies for every form it is asked for?
-
I am trying to finish my papers for submission (Packet i-485 which includes I-130 too) and I have question - how many copies of mine and my wife's (citizen) G-325a forms I need to submit?
Do I need 2 copies of both of them? Like for 130 package and I-485 package?

link to form and form instructions I751:
http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD
G325A is not needed when filing I751.
Well, I am confused - I am reading this: Step-by-Step Guide on How to File an I-130 for a Spouse Inside the US and there is no mention of I751
-
What makes you believe you need the G325A form? For removing conditions only form I751 is needed. Read the instructions on the form, it says what all you should submit with it and what not.
G-325 is a biographical information and it needs to be submitted as I think

I have been told during the interview that white people are priority for a Green Card at least here in Texas. And the woman who interviewed us told that there is some sort of unwritten rule for that. Go figure.
