Question regarding infopass.

My case was transferred to CSC on Nov 4th. So it's been little over 5 months now.

Will Infopass appointment be worth it? Or are they just gonna give me "wait till over 6 month" #######?

Finally got the EAD approved on Tuesday the 6th It took longer than I anticipated, but still happy.

Anyone have general idea on how soon I get the card once the approval email is received?

They received mine on 16th and I got my NOAs yesterday. You live near DC too, so delivery time should be about same.

So, it'll probably take about 8 to 9 business days.

I am currently doing the I-864 for my wife (who came to US as K-1 and got married within 90 days). One of the section that determines the household size asks me to list myself, my wife, and person I am sponsoring (which is also my wife), and household size becomes 3. Is this normal? Shouldn't it be 2?

On the I-485 form, it asks for nonimmigrant visa number. I am looking at my wife's K1 visa and I see two numbers, Control Number and red 8 digit number on the lower portion. Which number should I put for the visa number?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My wife and I are trying to fill out the I-485 form and find that there is a section called "Address - C/O" right after the name?

What is the required information for that section? I bet it's something really obvious...

My fiance got her K1 visa last Friday. After getting 221(g) asking more documents, we were nervous. But she finally got the visa.

My fiance and I (sponsor) are going through K1 process, and she just had her last week. She just received 221g stating that they need transcripts from schools she attended while she had F-1 visa. My question is, will she being "out of status" for a brief time prevent her from getting the visa once we submit the transcript?

She had to drop a class in mid-semester due to health reason (making her out of status). She then found out that she was out of status, and decided to leave US and renter (reinspection) to a different program. She was permitted back to US, and after that she remained in a good stading for a year.

Will they deny her visa for a brief time that she was out of status?

Should we just submit the transcript like they ask? Or should we write an letter explaining the situation?

I'm so nervous because we are so close to getting reunited.

Looks like things are picking up, especially at VSC. Let's hope that us November filers start seeing some NOA2s in a month or two.

Received NOA1 dated Nov 14, 2007. Now the real wait begins.

I did "Others" and typed, "I-129F Petition", just like I saw it on the example.

I sent my I-129F on the 10th. My fiance and I are ready for this long but rewarding journey.

Ok... To clarify the question.

Will the consulate use the address on Part B 2 on the I-129F or the Part B 15 & 16 to send her the paperwork?

Should I just put what her address will be in 2 months for Part B 2 instead of her current US address?
