You mean hopefully they’ll change interview location to Kigali right ?

Sounds like poor timing from someone using an attorney.   Once the NVC has proof of your residency they can put you in the Rwanda pile.  Otherwise you wait until ISL has the file and then ask the local consulate to request jurisdiction.

Thanks for the advice don’t you think case still at NVC right now ? as this morning I have received email from NVC about DQ

A simple request is not enough.   You need to provide evidentiary proof of your residency,

I have been living here since 24th Nov 2019 and wife sent the application before I left Pakistan, I don’t know the exact date but it’s was also in nov 2019 then she put Pakistan as a primary address. 
 

Our attorney told us to report address change request to DS-260 and it will automatically would change the interview location to Rwanda. we did exactly as our attorney told us to do when we submitted all the required documents to NVC including Rwanda police certificate I’ve also requested them in email to change my interview location to Rwanda. 
 

Today I have received the email from NVC stating that they have approved the documents and they’re working with US Embassy Islamabad to schedule my interview appointment.

I just sent another email to NVC for requesting my interview to be conducted in Kigali Rwanda, I also attached my residency proof now I’m just waiting for their reply.

Yes I do I’m about to send them an email with proof of my resident visa and the Rwandan ID card let’s see what they’ll do.

Hi everyone’s I’m from Pakistan currently living and reside in Rwanda since 2009 I sent a inquiry to NVC when we submitted all required documents, requesting for interview to be conducted in the country I’m residing in (Rwanda) Today we received an email stating they have accepted all our documents and they will work with US embassy in Islamabad, Pk to schedule an interview.Is this just an auto reply for documents being accepted? Is there any further steps can we take to have interview conducted in Rwanda?

Me and my wife both are confused what should we do now send NVC another email? Please advice thanks in advance
