I sent the I-129f in to the Vermont Office May 18 2007

I got the notice they received it signature card

About a short time after that I got the letter with the EAC number

July 10 they asked for proof of my divorce, and my birth certificate

Sent it back the next day...i went on the web to see the case status

It says we revcd info on July 16 and they will contact me via mail

Thanks for the words of encouragement. Today is the 60th day they asked me to wait. They said we would be notified by mail within 60 days. Today is that day. I called them yesterday and spoke with an officer and they told me that they still have not made a decision yet. They are still reviewing cases. They said maybe within the next 30 to 45 days. I don't understand. The documents are

I filed the 129f may 18, 2007, got FRE July 10, retruned info (Proof of Divrc, & Birth Cert) July 16. Checked web site USCIS the status has not changed as of Sept 10, 2007. They say wait 60 days...any advice
