Hey, i filed K1 back in 2007, got married in March of 2008; but, i ended my marriage because my husband whom i loved left me in 2011. He is nigierian. I didn't divorce until 2013. Now, i wish to to try again with long time friend i met in Ghana back in 2004. My question, will i have any issues filing K1 again? I was married to my nigerian husband for almost 5 yrs.
