Once we get our petition aproval and the fiancee package, how much time do we need to have the interview? Is there a limit of time?

I called the Ciudad Juarez (mexico) COnsulate, and they told me when I receive the fiancee package I'll receive some instructions and I'll know if my fiance needs to come with me for the interview. But they also said that even if in the package doesn't say anything about it he should come, cause probably they'll ask for him at the consulate and if he is not there I'll have to make another appointment. we don't know what to do, right now its very difficult for him to come, he said he'll come if the package saids he needs to, but we don't have a lot of money for him to come and not be required at the interview. Is there a way to make 100% sure he needs to come?

Hello!, my fiance ( USA citizen) and I (mexican) got approved, now we are waiting for the fiance's package. Our case has been received in Ciudad Juarez, I would like to know how much time it usually takes to arrive at my town?

I also want to know if the affidavit of support has to be sended to the USA inmigration center or I should take it with me to the interview. How can we know if we need a co-sponsor....?

the more information you can give me about the affidavit of support , the better!

hello, im a mexican fiance (i'm a girl) and I haven't get my vaccines since I was 11 years old!! do I have to show at the medical examination in Ciudad Juarez, my vaccine's register...cause I don't have any! so if I go to IMSS they'll know which ones I need and will they give me some kind of document to prove I got my vaccines? will this work out fine for the medical examination?

You don't need that kind of man in your life....don't help him, he will tell you everything to make you help him, don't even think about it...probably he is guilty, someone that it's innocent, and responsable, faces the problem, what kind of man you want in your life..? someone who lies? he will or already lied to you....

don't waste your time....Im sure you worth much more...this is not "the one"....I tell you cause it happened to me...I waited for the right guy, and he is PERFECT!

I'm about to receive the fiance package, I visited the Ciudad Juarez Embassy website, and I'm starting to fill the forms and get everything ready before the package arrives, but I'm worried about to proof I have "adequate means of financial support and will not become a public charge in the United States"cause I don't have a job and I live with my parents, I don't have bank accounts, etc...I wonder how important is this for inmigration. I had a job, but I quit cause I went to visit my fiance to the States many times and it wasn't possible for me to take so many days off. My parents work for the government, and the only job I could mention, is a substitute job I have in the government cause of my parents and it's a permanent job, everytime they need to substitute someone they call me, to substitute them for a temporaty time. I can ask my dad to put money in the bank for me, so I can show them that, but I think my interview it's going to be soon, within a month, so I don't know if a bank account from a month ago will be very convincent..

Hi!, my fiance is from California, Im from Mexico, and we sent our k-1 visa package a month ago, in august,and we still haven't heard about it, I want to know if it´s normal that this takes such a long time to get into the process? My fiance sent it with DHL, it took 2 days to get there, but now? when will we hear some news about the proces, I heard something about a case number, but we don't have it yet! I wish you could help me, and I also want to know what will I need during this process to be prepared, which documents, etc... to get them ready and don´t wait more time. I already have a turist visa, and I've been 2 times in USA, visiting my fiance. I also don´t know if it´s ok to go to USA with my turist visa during the k-1 visa process!
