In my previous thread i said my fiances friend is going to sponsor me because my fiance isn`t in work yet,now is where the confusion starts !!!
does my fiance fill out an I-134 and his friend aswell
and/or an I-864 (Who fills that in .........if anyone !!!!)
-
Your fiance's friend can be a cosponsor as long as (1) he is a USC or LPR and (2) meets the poverty requirements.
Both your fiance and your cosponsor will need to fill out an I-134. There are no additional forms for a cosponsor.
So thats two I-134 forms i need, i know what a a USC is but whats a LPR ??? Excuse my ignorance !!!!!!

The process for our K1 Visa is moving along ok.
But my future husband is not in employment at the moment so the way i see it he cannot sponsor me , so i won`t be a "burden on the state",
he moved down to Florida about 7months ago with his buddy, who IS in full time employment, theres no family member who can sponsor me.
Can his friend sponsor me and is there any more forms to be filled out along with I-134 form stating his friend is my sponsor
Please help i`ve trolled thro all the www for info

Please could someone break it down for me in laymans langauge !!!
We really could do with some help, oh btw is it preferable to get a lawyer/solicitor who specializes in K1 visas to do the paperwork (expensive !) or can it be a DIY job
