You mean district office in Seattle, right! Is This your choice or requirement of USCIS.
I have one more question. Before you fill I-130 and I-485 concurrently, do you need to call to district office? Or you only download forms on the USCIS website, fill and submit them!!! I am confuse about that

I am in Seattle but I will fill I-130 and I-485 concurrently to Chicago Lockbox
I confuse what is the USCIS office in .......................................
Anyone has experience about that

Hi everyone,
I am F1 student, my husband is US citizen. We are filling concurrently I-130 and I-485. My application forms will send to Chicago Lockbox.
We just download forms on the USCIS web and fill them and send them to Chicago. Is it ok or do we need to call to USCIS to have permit to get forms. And How about barcode,... We would like to make sure about that.
I have a question how I can fill question 22 of I-130
22. Complete the information below if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status
Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in ............................ (which office I will fill in). I see the sample form, they fill NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER. I do not know about that. Please tell me.
Thanks

Thank you very much,
Can I put my mailing husband address the same my mailing address (also place of my residence)?
Or I must following my mailing husband address
-
I see in the instruction we can use mailing address if it is different with permanent address. I think mailing address is used for contact with USCIS. I want to make sure this because we will change address and the letters will be lost.
Someone who have used mailing address differently with permanent address!!!

Thank you so much

I confused about mailing address in form I-864. Can we use the same mailing address?
-
I am thinking about put down permanent addresses for me and my husband are current addresses.
For mailing address, can I use address in California (my husband parents' address). We can move in the future, so the letters from USCIS will be lost when we use the current addresses.
Or we use my current address is also for mailing address because I have stayed and studied in one state, my husband have moved many states. If I move out dorm, I can change my address and announce to USCIS.
Thanks

Hi everyone,
I am filling for Green card by marriage inside US. I am F1 student. I am studying in Seattle. My husband is US citizen, he is working in Kansas. But my husband has a house in California, now his parents are living there. We confuse how to fill address. My questions are
- In form I-130, I-485,...we fill my husband's address is in Kansas, my address is in Seattle. For form I-864 Afidavit, part 2 and part 4 require mailing address. May we fill address of both of us is in California?
- Or we fill address all form in California!!!!
What is the best way? Because I am living in dorm, I can move another dorm or outside in the future. My husband is also change working in the another state due to he is shopper (contractor).
Now in my case, is it necessary to live together? because my husband's job is important and make more money and I can not move another university along my husband because he work for project. This summer, I am living with my husband. Every month, he come to visit me. Three more 3 years I will finish my school, I will follow him and he find the stable place for his good job. We live together.
Every body has some ideas
- Can I apply now with different addresses or;
- After 3 years, when I finish my school, I will stay with him and we apply to change status.
Thanks
