I just received my NOA starting with "WAC" 15 days after resubmitted my package (sent it earlier before).

Do you guys know how is the processing time for this office?

Mine was rejected too. They sent the package back and I resent it on may 17 .I haven’t received the noa1.

I received a NOA that starts with EAC for the first package (stating that was rejected for sending too early),

I was wondering if will I receive a new NOA?

I already re-sent it back and I still haven't received any updates on my case 😅

Just sent my package. My greencard expires in August/2021. I am going to be out of the US for 20 days in June/2021, Is that ok go on that trip after sending it?

I will still probably be without the extension letter by the beginning of June.

No new form needs to be filled out. You can send back the documentation with new evidence/documents if you wished. This happened to us as well. It was annoying but painless.

Did you send a money order or check? Mine is a money order from last month and I want to know if it’s okay to re send as is.

The guideline for filing RoC does indicate that the petition would be rejected for early filing. There is a reason why they grant a 90-day window for you to file your paperwork. Just resubmit it like others have suggested and ensure that it has the updated forms and correctly signed/dated before you re-package it.

Hi!

I got my application back because I sent before the 90 window. I noticed some stamped numbers on all my papers and i'm wondering if we need to fill out a new form, send new evidence, documents, etc or just send back to them the package we got?  

 Can i also include new evidences and documents?

Hello everyone! 

I sent my package on April 05 and it was returned today because I sent prior to the 90-period 🙁

My whole package returned with date stamped on all pages. Do i need to fill out a i-751 form with new dates for May or send the package back the way I received it?? 

My 90 day window is already open and I am planning to send as soon as possible. 😅

I mailed my package on 04/05 and I haven't received any updates. Also my greencard only expires in the beginning of August. Is there any chances to be rejected? If I get, Do I receive my package back or do they keep it ? Thank you!
