    Paid AOS & IV. Whats next?

    The DS-260 replaces the old DS-230. Yes, they can fill it up themselves online, but once they signed the application, it atomatically sends to the NVC. I filled up the paperworks online for my parents because their internet is very slow, and my father works during the day, so he only has time during the night to do other stuffs. It saves them the headaches. I made sure though that I signed the preparer's information.

    I just paid my aos fee (one $88 covers both parents, one case each). I am now sending I-864EZ and waiting for IV invoice.

    Can i do the DS-260 myself in behalf of them, (my parents are not really into computers and no one can assist them in MAnila).

    If so, is there a section that will say I petitioner helped them out and prepared/electronically submit it for them?

    Hi everyone!

    I have 2 cases under NVC, one for my Dad and one for my Mom.

    I paid one $88 AOS fee to cover for both cases.

    I am now gathering paperwork to submit I-864EZ for each.

    The status of my AOS receipt is "PAID"

    How do i go about paying IV Application processing Fees? I dont see an option to select or pay selected fees.

    Will i receive a separate invoice that will instruct me to pay IV fee so I can start DS260 or DS230.

    I am confused.

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    So many questions, and a sleepy mum filling at midnight could use some advice : )

    Im sleepy too.. sleepy wife. :D

    I underwent a very smooth process, 2months then i got my gc.

    I had my affdavits notarized, and included some letters from friends too.

    I had submitted over 10 COLLAGE pictures, like per 3R or 4R pic i have like 5-8 pics in it, each categorized per event/place.

    As per bills, i submitted copies per each year.

    I have included our California IDS, Employment Cert, Paystubs, etc.

    Do open a savings account. ;)

    Thank you everyone will take your advise and point it out at the apt .

    Udella the notice says ASC Apointment notice has my name adresse A# , EAC#

    place where to go for the BIO and time ( kinda like the one we had on AOS)

    the only thing is they misspelled my first name instead of LONA they wrote LLONA

    ( maybe theyr computer stutters who knows ,lol )

    but am not worried about it will just do what you guys said ,

    will bring the apt letter, passport ,GC , will also bring the first NOA too since they had my name right at the first NOA

    My husband's NOA was addressed to E. [last name] which I think is strange. However, his name is written out after PETITIONER. USCIS also used his middle initial which I was surprised about. Can they change that when they print out his GC?

    Same here. They always mispell my name anyway. I have 3 First names, 1 Middele name, and 2 Last names (hypenated)

    (Blame my mom hahaha LOL)

    Anyways, My temp green card has 1 missing letter for my 3rd First Name. I didnt bother to correct it.

    Just got my NOA today, Addressed to me: M. HypenatedLAstname

    Petitioner is me again, My names showed the same as it is on my green card, (with missing letter)

    I might point it out on biometrics... or maybe the i reached the limit for allowed characters on their computer. :blush:

    Hope they will change it..

    ROC Reminder letter

    Hello guys!

    here's my share of the story.

    I filed AR11, got notice for that under my name (with "c/o hubbys name"), mailed to my new address. Then 2 weeks later i got a Reminder Letter mailed to my first address (in-laws house).

    Maybe they really mail it to your first address? Somebody please correct me on this.

    btw, my timeframe: about to submit supposedly on nov.25 (gc expires feb25), but will not be able to. Got reminder letter 4th week October.

    Question on AR-11 Form

    Thank you guys for the prompt replies :thumbs:

    I just called USCIS, the lady I spoke with told me to put in the last address they have in records on the LAST ADDRESS FIELD.

    I told her that it would show soon on my ROC forms that I have a second address, and I am now on my 3rd. She just said "PUT IN THE LAST ADDRESS THAT WE HAVE ON RECORDS"..my 1st address....

    Not satisfied, I called back..

    Now a lady telling me to put the LAST ADDRESS WHERE I MOVED FROM.. like my 2nd address...

    So I asked the 2nd lady, and she said is it my discretion on what to put on the LAST ADDRESS FIELD. :o:bonk: :bonk:

    OK so here's I am going to do, and give me your good lucks! :D

    Mail AR-11

    LAST ADDRESS FIELD: my 2nd address

    then, attach a separate paper stating my 3 addresses with dates on it.

    AR-11 Online

    LAST ADDRESS FIELD: my 2nd address

    Hope this works!

    Hahahahaha! Shaving here seems to be part of their hygiene. My husband asked me if I need to buy some sort of shaving cream for my legs because he thought I am shaving it. I don't shave my legs coz hair in my legs are too thin and not even noticeable. Mostly, Caucasians have thick body hair, seldom for Filipinos.

    Question on AR-11 Form

    Hello Everyone!

    I am preparing early for submission of I-751 (gathering evidences, looking up lists, letter examples, etc.) and I came across this AR-11 Change of Address Form. I am due to submit on November. I am on CR-1. My husband is a US Citizen.

    I never knew that I have to report to them my each and every move. :(

    I have moved twice.

    When I came in we stayed on his parents house (the one USCIS have on record),

    then we first moved to a for-rent guesthouse (where we stayed 10 mos and where half of the evidences addressed),

    then recently we moved to a new place (moved only July this year)

    On the Form, I am confused on the LAST ADDRESS field, there is only 1 space provided.

    Is my LAST ADDRESS the one they have on record? or should I put in my 2nd address (which USCIS do not have in record, but will show on my evidences)?

    I am so confused.. I do not want to put my ROC at risk, just because I do not know (either my hubby) that i have to do this, and do not know what address to put on the LAST ADDRESS field.

    Guys, please advise...

    aaisz, dont worry to much you will be fine. SOmething suspicious wont automatically mean you have TB. I've been there, done that. Be ready for anything that might happen, and pray a lot. We will pray for you.
