Could be worse guys, some of us are still waiting from being DQed mid last year. Just not in the IR1 category.

I have filled out the timeline but no field appears for complete at NVC for some reason. 

Is anyone else on here waiting for an immigrant employment visa interview? It feels like whilst the monthly statistics show some progress in June and July, they are still a long way behind.

I was DQ in November last year and not heard a thing yet. I therefore presume London are somewhere between March and October 2020 for employment visas. They are way behind compared to family visas. If anyone else is waiting and has a progress update I'm sure it will help us all out with getting an idea of when our interviews might be!

Hi, I saw another thread about address changes for sponsors and I just had a thought. I am DQ at NVC and due to covid could be waiting some time, however what if I move house in the mean time? Do I just take proof of address to the embassy or do I need to get my DS260 updated and have to be re-documentarily qualified?

Sent 22nd June 2021

Embassy received 11th August 2021

Embassy denied 12th August 2021

I am hoping that since the UK Government has now removed all social distancing etc they will operate at full capacity now. They've also apparently cancelled a load of non-immigrant appointments in August and September so let's hope it's so they can try and address some of the backlog in the immigrant categories.

They weren't processing any employment visas from basically April 2020 to May 2021 so there is about a 13 month backlog I'd say.

EB1 here, still waiting since November 2020

Are there any VJ members who have received an interview for an employment based immigrant visa? For example EB1, EB2, EB3?

I know London are now processing all categories but I have yet to hear anything about my case, DQ early December last year.
