does anyone know the best way of sending the G325a form and letter of intent?and what courier?

we are so confused! is it really neccessary to gather all the evidence first ,form g-325a, letter of intent, before filing the K1? visa?whats the very first step?is it just form 129F alone should be file at BCIS?

by the way I'am new here and I found out that this forum is very useful espicially to those who are planning to get visa.

Guys really need all your advice regarding to "when to start filing K1 visa" to tell you the short story of ours--- I had a bf from CA we are just 3 months our comunication is just chatting,email and yahoo voice call,he call me so seldom and yet last august 2nd week finally we meet in Phil. he stay shortly for t 6 days only due to work reason he cant stay any longer and for that 6 days we are engaged and now we start doing the paper works for the K1 visa and the problem is I seek advice to my cousin which happen also that she's filing too for K1 visa she told me that 3 months realationship is not that really so strong realtionship though we meet already and she told me that we chatt is not enough we need to writea(Snail mail),then several phone calls.

Q1- is 3 months relationship has possible to be denied when we apply K1 visa now?

Q2-he just visited me once and so short for only 6 days,is still lack of evidence?

Q3-how many months should we start before filing the fiancee visa?

Q4-is my cousin has point?

guys pls help....we really love each other and just like you we want to be together now
