  1. I am almost done filling out the forms and just have a few questions.

The first is that one of the companies my fiancé worked for went out of business and she doesn't have the full address anymore...should i still put what i have on the G325A form? It was at a mall but she doesn't remember the suite number and the zip code but she does have the street number and street name.

Some of the address don't fit in the G325A form, if i take off the zip code it will fit, is that ok to do? I already have an attachment because there wasn't enough lines, so I could just put everything on the attachment instead of deleting the zip code and put see attachment on the G325A form?

The last question is about the I-129F form...where I put my fiancé’s address it says street number & name but in brazil they put the street name first then the number, i am not sure how i should put it? There are two parts on the form that ask for it too, should I put the address as street name first and then street number the way it is in brazil? Does it matter what order I put it in?

I'm just trying to get everything right so hopefully I won't get an RFI.

    Thanks.

  2. Thank you soo much!

    landt,

First, you won't need the I-134 until just before the interview stage.

You - the petitioner has to complete the I-134 always - no matter if you can meet minimum income/asset levels. A co-sponsor completes the I-134 separate from the one you (the petitioner) completed. So if you're using a single co-sponsor, the foreign fiancé will carry two separate I-134's to the interview.

  3. :help:

I am starting to fill out the forms for the K1 visa and I’m not sure how to do the Affidavit of Support when I am doing it with a co sponsor.

Does my co sponsor have to fill out the I-134?

Or do we both have to fill out separate I-134 forms for each of us?

Or do I have to use a different form since I have a co sponsor (like the I-864 and I-864A)?

I've been searching the forms and haven't seen anyone talk about this exact subject.

I really need some help; all this is really overwelming for me.
