Do you have a name change with this N-400?
-
Any name-change Chicago filer waited for 3-4 months to get oath scheduled? I was told so by IO. Two weeks passed after interview, no any updates.

you still haven't had your fingerprints taken since that time? that's definitely not right, you need to call USCIS and find out what's going on.
Fingerprint was done in June 2017 but case status never change. Called USCIS many times and had infopass, nobody say background check, just let me wait

Any Chicago filer in March, April, May or June 2017 is still pending in fingerprint app scheduled as me?

I do not have name change. My wife had name change but got her interview in 6 months. Mine is no name change, still pending 9 months today. What about yours ?
Then it seems not the reason of name change. Do you have a job when you submitted N-400? I changed my first name and last name (my husband's) and no job when I submitted so I often doubt it's some reason from that.

I filed my N400 with my wife back in July 1st week 2017, wife already got her US Passport, my case still shows "Fingerprint appointment was scheduled", I am not able to submit service request because the processing time for my location says I cannot submit if it is after January 31st 2017. I took 3 infopass appointments so far, and all I am told is that my case is pending background checks. I have had no criminal background all through my life, and no speeding or traffic tickets too in the last 18 years. Me and my wife filed joined tax returns every year but I had about 35 days more of international trips than her. Could this be causing the delays ? I asked my local senator to enquire but he has not yet got back to me. Any suggestions on what I can do to expedite my case ?
My case is also pending in fingerprint app scheduled and I applied in June 1 2017. Do you have a name change?

Hi friends, how many times have your cases been touched after got NOA1?
Mine is twice, one is 9/28, another is 10/3

Does anyone know why when USCIS publish their weekly updates via the USCIS Application and Receipting Update that only certain forms are specified?
For example:
California Service Center
Form Number Date Received
I-130 8/08/2007
N-400 7/26/2007
All Other Forms 9/06/2007
The reason I ask is I notice a gap on the VJ timeline search from 8/08/2007 to 8/25/2007 for people not receiving NOA1's on the I-129F petition at CSC and wondered whether the I-129F petitions are included in the I-130 data and not 'All other forms' as I'd originally assumed.
Thanks
same doubt for me

I sent I-129F on August 13, check still not cashed yet, already no energy to be worried.
Yes, my fiance called USCIS, they said there was an increase in applications and it may take 90 days to receive the receipt. But I found some people who applied K-1 a few days later than me have check cashed or received NOA1, I feel frustrated and come here to kill time.

The same question I want to konw.

The same trouble happened to me also. My fiance tried to abbreviate it and converted the forms into a noneditable one by Adobe PDF print way after filled it out. You may triy, see if it works.

Then the two passport photos will be used on two name change forms you signed.
I didn’t bring photos with me too, but the IO allowed me to bring it back same day
